Position Purpose

 

GTO (Global Trade Operations) is an entity within CIB ITO Global Banking Operations that serves Trade Finance operations on behalf of the Group. Its scope of intervention is global, on all sites that propose to operate Trade Finance transactions, i.e. in Domestic Core Businesses (BCEF, Fortis, BGL, BNL) as in the CIB regions and Europe Mediterranée. Within GTO, the Organisation team (Global Traditional Trade Organisation) carries out projects around process optimization and create an operational structure for traditional trade products (Letters of Credit, International Guarantees).

The position is for PMO in GTFO – GTO (Global Traditional Trade Organisation) team. This role will require the candidate to be the Central point for all strategic projects run globally for Traditional Trade Finance business for  Documentary Products (Letter of Credit and Collection).

 

 

Primary responsibilities includes:

·       Implementing Project Management tools to:

    • Design and track project plan and resourcing.
    • Identify and document risk.

·       Document minutes and decisions.

·       Track and report project status.

·       BCase Management:

·       Design, Track, Monitor, Control deviations and Report progress for BCase for various projects within assigned Programme.

  • Collaboration and Co-ordination:
    • Co-ordinate with multiple Project managers/SME/Operations manager/Other contributors for tracking ongoing/upcoming project/related BCase progress.

·       Governance:

·       Design and conduct robust Governance Framework for enabling Documentary product lead to present above elements to Global Senior stakeholders.

  • Support any other PMO needs.
