About the job

The Client Development team supports Global & Regional Sales, and Trading & Markets 360 Heads in driving steady increases of wallet shares and client profitability with target clients, through client forums, client prioritization, client planning and survey intelligence.

The Client Development Team Leader leads and develops a team in Lisbon, ensuring the Team’s regular flow, which comprises:

– assistance to the team specialists in London, New York and Hong Kong to be more rigorous on the sales process globally providing all the necessary information to drive accurate business decisions;

– promotion and contribution to reporting automation for a greater level of client intelligence and information-sharing.

Your Main Activities Are

  • Supervises and participates in the Team’s operational processes, while maintaining and adapting the monitoring system
  • Is in charge of Team Management, Recruitment, Evaluation, Career Plan and Training plan
  • Ensures high levels of service and expertise
  • Contributes to the good communication within the team and with other teams and stakeholders
  • Reports and informs management regularly, in all regions, escalating concerns, if necessary
  • Prepares, oversees and adapts Service Level Agreements, making sure Team’s services are up-to-date
  • Promotes automation of Client Development deliverables, acting as the bridge between IT teams and the business
  • Works with Client data and analytics team for Client Development reporting
  • Analyses the results from external surveys to be distributed to the business

Profile and Skills to Success

  • Masters in Economics, Finance and Accounting
  • At least 3 years of experience at Accounting and Finance, Data Analytics or Project Management and Consulting
  • Tableau (Proficient)
  • Python (Beginner)
  • Microsoft Excel (Expert)
