About the job

The Middle Office Re-Invoicing Services (MO RIS) team provides essential support along the following axes

  • Provides corporate banking RMs and/or Middle-Offices with transversal support on re-invoicing tasks in order to ensure consistent operating processes for all activities booked Paris
  • Serves as a single point of entry for the sales teams and middle-offices of corporate banking activities in Europe as well as for the functions (Legal, IT and Operations)
  • Centralizes all requests for instruction of corporate banking activities before transmission to the Supplier Accounting or CIB Legal teams within its scope of intervention

The team is working on Corporate lending products for a wide range of assets (Aircraft, Shipping, Real Estate Financing, Leverage and Acquisition Financing, Debt Market, Export Finance, Energy Resources Infrastructure, Capital expenditures financing, Asset Leasing Solutions…)

Your Main Activities Are

  • Performs tasks related to invoicing / re-invoicing of expenses according to a transversal and structured process
  • Invoices in scope: legal fees, lawyers, notaries, travel, syndication/tombstones, consultants, insurance and “loan to values” services
  • Follow-up with customers in regards to scheduled reimbursements
  • Follow-up on activity flow and key steps in regards to privileged law firms
  • Monitoring of suspense accounts and reconciliation with supplier accounting

Profile and Skills to Success

  • Bachelor Degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting and/or Business Management
  • Up to 2 years of relevant experience in Banking and Financial Operations
  • Fluent (C1-C2) English level required
  • Proficiency in Office pack (Excel, Power Point)
  • Knowledge of Credit – Structured Credit
    Knowledge of Operations and Processes – Transaction processing and data capture
  • Ability to collaborate / Teamwork
  • Attention to detail / rigor
  • Organizational skills
  • Analytical ability
