The Trade Finance Service Centre, with more than 100 HC, is a large and critical area within Operations covering Traditional Trade products (bank guarantees and documentary products) and servicing the main European countries.


  • To scrutinize the documents received under letters of credit as per terms and conditions of Letter of Credit and International guidelines (UCP 600 and ISBP)
  • To ensure that transactions processed with in specified Turn around time
  • Ensure adherence to internal guidelines and  compliance aspects


  • Business school, University Graduate, or equivalent Professional qualification
  • CDCS ICC Certification would be a plus
  • Knowledge on UCP 600,  ISBP 745,  URR 725 and URC 522
  • Knowledge of ICC Opinions
  • Knowledge on various regulations connected with Trade Finance Operations
  • Knowledge of general accounting rules, mastering specific accounting rules for documentary operations
  • Familiarity with computer applications, MS-Office, Business Objects etc.
  • Familiarity with Banking Back Office Operations, Processes and Systems
