About Businessline/Function :

ISPL Steering & Governance – Is a part of CIB CIO Quality and Governance function in ISPL. This function is responsible for managing process compliance of all projects and teams in CIB IT and ITG intl ADM teams within ISPL. The scope includes maintaining and enhancing QA processes to improve compliance to group governance. It involves conducting QA audits and helping project managers to close NCs. It also includes consulting project managers in complying with QA processes and agile implementation.

Position Purpose

Deployment and coaching on IT Governance policies and procedures across functions at ISPL IT Group.


Direct Responsibilities

1.        Deploy IT Governance procedures in line with the group guidelines

2.        Collaborate with global teams for IT Governance deployment at ISPL

3.        Conduct awareness sessions on IT Governance procedures

4.      Standardized templates rolled out for all of ISPL IT

5.      Checking status report updates and governance related topics during audits

6.      Provide weekly and monthly activity report when requested

7.     Generate and report the governance KPIs

Technical & Behavioral Competencies

The ideal candidate will have proven and demonstrable experience of:

·       IT Quality management

·       Deployment of governance practices  

·       Has played the role of Process Consultant / or PMO

·       Has knowledge on industry specific governance frameworks (COBIT etc)

·       Experience on tools like JIRA, Clarity, TFS, ALM etc

·       An ability to manage change with ease

·       Strong communication, interpersonal, learning and organizing skills

·       An ability to build positive relationship with internal stakeholders. – Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
