About the job

  • As COO team, we assist our different business team in multiple topics, both on daily/monthly needs as in project mode. Within the COO team we have a small team of data scientists focusing on data, who are involved in the data use cases from exploration phase up to production delivery.
  • We are looking for a junior business data analyst to join the COO team to provide assistance in the automation of our business monitoring reports and enhance and leverage our data capabilities.

 Your Main Activities Are

  • Automate business dashboards as prototypes and prepare them to be put in production, working closely with the team´s data analysts
  • Report to Top line TB Management and TB COO on all data queries and data needs.
  • Contribute to the development and governance of our data and support the different business lines with data-driven decision-making
  • Meet different stakeholders to frame their data needs, based on your findings collect the necessary data, process the data, and turn it into meaningful tools meeting the requirements expressed by the teams
  • Participate and interact with inter-disciplinary teams (IT, Business, Operations) and contribute to the improvement and streamlining of data systems within the company to drive innovation

Profile and Skills to Success

  • Academic background in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Information Management, Business Intelligence, Business, Economics or Mathematics
  • Fluency in English
  • Highly proficient with MS Excel
  • Ability to quickly comprehend new software tools and learn how to use them optimally
  • Great attention to detail
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and influence skills
  • Good conceptualization skills and data exposure
  • Open, curious and eager to learn and discover day to day banking products
