Your Main Activities Are

  • Contribute to projects within perimeter and associated Standard Operational Procedures (SOP) updates
  • Collect, treat and consolidate data and information linked to the activities
  • Contribute to the organization set-up and support governance formalization
  • Contribute actively to the team activities and dynamics with positive attitude

Profile and Skills to Success

  • Bachelor’s degree in Management, Economics, Finance, Law, or other relevant fields
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
  • Excellent communication skills and fluency in English
  • Active listening and ability to collaborate with others
  • Creativity, innovation and problem solving skills

About the Team

  • The Operational Permanent Control (OPC) department is a key component for the management of operational risk, as an independent control function within the business (1st line of defence)
  • The OPC operates or coordinates the Control framework relating to all operational risks, including Fraud, Third Party, Conduct, Regulatory, Information & Communication Technology risks, Financial Security, and others risk types, limited to what is defined under the Target Operating Models (TOM) in place
  • OPC department is under the management of BNPP Portugal COO (Chief Operating Officer), and with a functional responsibility towards the Head of BNPP Portugal Branch (Domestic and EMEA Coverage teams)
