We are looking for a Payroll & HR Administration Officer for our Shared Service Center Payroll & Administration Desk, that is situated within BNP Paribas SA Amsterdam Branch.

The position you’re applying for/Your new role
The Payroll & HR Administration Officer is situated within CIB Netherlands in Amsterdam and reports directly to the head of HR CIB Netherlands. Direct colleagues are from the Finance and Facilities departments.
You are the driving force for new developments and preparing stable delivery of change to production and will overlook the change process from beginning to end. Main goal is to continuously optimize and professionalize CIB HR Netherlands and to contribute to the CIB HR department and overall strategy.
Your responsibilities
- Process the monthly payroll (including bonus and other employee benefits)
- Be the first point of contact for employees with questions about pay slips and related matters
- Draft contracts, letters and other typical HR documents (e.g. income statements) related to new joiners, leavers, as well as moves within the Group
- Update the pension and insurance administration
- Keep digital employee files up-to-date
- Timely and correctly update of HR data in the respective HR systems
- Perform pre-employment screening (e.g. VOG and vigilance check)
- Keep track of developments with regards to employee benefits and informing colleagues in the SSC as well entities well in advance

Who are you
- Team player who likes to contribute and develop in the center of the HR work field
- MBO diploma in Human Resources or comparable
- Diploma PDL (Praktijk Diploma Loonadministratie)
- At least 3 years of relevant work experience in Payroll and Admin
- Proficiency in English and Dutch, spoken and written
- Proficient with Excel and an interest in managing & analyzing data
