Your Main Activities Are

  • The role proposed is for the Product Development team within Prime Services. The successful candidate will work with the wider global team on product enhancements, re-engineering of the existing business processes and responding to client demand. Key roles and responsibilities include:
    • Develop product enhancements and re-engineering existing business processes. Work closely with IT for new development and workflow enhancements
    • Contribute to Cash Prime Brokerage Platform projects and tasks supervised and supported by Product Development management
    • Provide strategic solutions based on changing business requirements
    • Coordination for client-specific requests and enhancements
    • Propose solutions to existing manual process and control gaps, working with operational and IT teams for implementation
    • Act as a subject matter-expert and leverage domain expertise to develop innovative solutions

Profile and Skills to Success

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Science, Maths, IT & Engineering
  • Between 7 and 10 years of relevant experience
  • Fluency in English both oral and written (mandatory)
  • Knowledge in:
    • Financial Markets
    • Strong knowledge of the Office tools mainly Microsoft Excel, Word and Power Point
  • Skills
    • Ability to develop and adapt a process
    • Ability to deliver / Results driven
