About the job

·         Activities of the Reporting & Services team include:

o   Headcount monitoring & reporting (ExCo Dashboard…)

o   Systems administration (About Me, MyDev…)

o   Appraisals & 180° processes management

o   Learning & Development support & reporting

o   Micro Processes management (JAD…)

Your Main Activities Are

·         Administrate CIB HR Transversal projects/processes

o   Manage the full set-up of campaigns, acting as project office in the definition of the content and technical setup

o   Administrate the platform such as About Me/ Pulse/ Qualtrics

o   Responsible for the setup of communications (incl. mass mailing), documentation & training materials

o   Responsible of the official reporting within a strong control framework

o   Act as the main contact for Group HR representing CIB

o   Provide direct support to the different stakeholders: local HR, managers & employees

o   Produce dashboards & adhoc reporting

·         Projects

o   Develop and enhance the current processes & services, proposing improvements to better serve our clients

o   Take over the management of micro processes

o   Setup and follow up of the projects from the specifications up to the go live

Profile and Skills to Success

·         Highschool degree

·         Advanced (B1-B2) English level required

·         Experience in systems administration and support

·         Strong reporting/consolidation or process management experience

·         Experience in managing large databases

·         Experience in managing multiple projects with consistent quality and timely delivery

·         Microsoft Office (Excel, Powerpoint etc.) package advanced level

·         Attention to detail/rigor

·         Ability to collaborate / Teamwork

·         Ability to deliver / Results driven

·         Ability to manage a project

About the Team

·         The Reporting & Services Lisbon platform is a key component of the CIB Global Human Resources setup. Our mission is to support the CIB HR activities through administration roles & processes monitoring, permanent and adhoc reporting with in addition any new processes not already covered by another team. Our main challenge is to set up strong processes with high-end data quality while keeping flexible and open services for the largest set of demanding clients
