Spain IT Production organization consists of CIB ITO & ITG IT Platforms and is responsible for providing IT Production services to our Clients in EMEA, ensuring a Digital Market evolution, in a secured and performant environment, and with a reliable quality. IT Production organisation includes Infrastructure services, Digital Working, Telecom& Datacentres, Production Security and Application Production domains and associated transversal services (CTO Office, Control Tower, PMO and IT Continuity). In Spain, IT Production relies on a Platform with over 400 experts that provide full-stack support services ensuring a secure, stable, standardized, and efficient production.

ABOUT THE JOB
MISSION
We are looking for a Production Security Engineer and an anti-DDOS expert who will contribute to increase Group’s cyber security posture by putting in place anti-DDOS protection for BNP DATA Centers and for BNP internet exposed URLs.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Your main mission is to provide the technical expertise of the solution in conjunction with the supplier and the “application owners” consuming the Group offer within the entities/business lines.

In this context, you will be required to:

  • Ensure the relationship with the publisher to ensure efficiency of offers over time in the design and run phases with service-consuming teams.
  • Coordinate the implementation of the solution for BNP entities based on their needs.
  • Ensure level 3 support on the solutions.
  • Advise on any residual risks of the solutions introduced.
  • Lead the customer/consumer relationship to provide a service vision of the proposed solutions
  • Coordinate and/or pilot safety incidents/events involving several technical teams.
  • Completion of compliance reports. Drafting of application operating documents.
  • Management of authorizations on GUI.
  • Advice and assistance (projects, audits, etc.). Contribute to projects affecting network security.

Finally, the team also provides support and guidance to Global within the “operational security” community on its solutions to “security producers” as well as to other Group entities that use the services.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Expertise in Anti-DDOS protection solutions.
  • Expertise in computer security standards and frameworks.
  • Root cause analysis.
  • Technical expertise in IT/Cloud infrastructures, usual security products and technologies ( WAF, Firewalls, DNS, Proxy).
  • Fluent English written and spoken. Strong written, oral, and interpersonal communications skills.
  • French speaking will be appreciated.
