We offer broad range of internships and apprenticeships, helping young talent to gain hands-on experience within the BNP Paribas Group. You will be offered tailored support from an assigned supervisor for the duration of the placement, who will help you to develop both technical and soft skills. Many successful placements can also lead to full-time opportunities, such as graduate programmes.
Spring Insight
This one to two-week programme is available in a number of countries and open to first year undergraduate students with an analytical mind and keen interest in financial markets.
The programme offers a combination of practical workshops, business presentations and networking opportunities, as well as an in-depth introduction to our business people, and broader financial industry trends. Spring insight can also serve as a fast-track into our Internship programmes.
Summer Internship
Our summer internships are designed to give penultimate-year students a taste of working for BNP Paribas CIB, helping you to understand if a career in financial services is for you.
In addition to outstanding training and dedicated support, you will be working on real projects with real impact.
Starting with a week-long induction, you will have access to training opportunities, workshops, speaker panels, networking and social events.
The summer internship is a fast track to your career at BNP Paribas, often leading to positions on our graduate programme.
Long Internship
With positions lasting anywhere between six and 12 months, our long internships offer you the chance to develop in-depth knowledge of the banking sector and some of our teams.
These internships are open both to students on a placement year, and graduates who completed their studies under a year ago.
We are looking for candidates with a curious mind, determination to deliver and a collaborative spirit. Successful internships can be a fast track into one of our graduate programmes.
Apprenticeship
Apprenticeships are a great way to put theory into practice, applying what you’ve learned at school with on-the-job experience within a leading European Corporate & Institutional bank.
