About the job

    • The
      BDO Settlement Analyst works within the Securities Settlement Department and
      performs the main processes which include pre & post settlement activities,
      clearing, custody, relevant legal documentation, transaction and event-related
      accounting for securities deemed in scope

Your Main
Activities Are

    • Ensure
      Follow-up of instructions on international markets coming from clients until
      their settlement in coordination with the local and global custodians
    • Perform
      Reconciliation and resolution of breaks
    • Ensure
      Stocks forecast management :managing cross borders, instructing and recording
      fail coverage borrows
    • Contribute
      to the minimisation of settlement costs & operational risk
    • Contribute
      to the overall successful running of the settlement department
    • Keep
      the Team Leader informed about the clients’ activity and escalate issues
      whenever appropriate
    • Keep
      the procedures up to date
    • Ensure
      execution of tasks and completion of checklist

Profile and
Skills to Success

    • Bachelor
      Degree in Economics / Finance / Accounting or related                 
    • Advanced
      level of English, both written and oral
    • Knowledge
      in MS Office Pack (Excel, PowerPoint)
    • Attention
      to detail / rigor
    • Ability

      to understand, explain and support change
