About the job

    • The CBK
      Cash Investigations Officer is responsible to handle, manage and follow-up
      claims and queries regarding cash flows across several locations. The role
      deals with internal clients, counterparts and cash correspondents, being also
      responsible for dealing with several departments with Cash Management
      activities

Your Main
Activities Are

    • Provide
      solutions and operational/market assistance, as well as accurate and useful
      operational insight to internal clients and teams
    • Perform
      Banking reconciliation
    • Communicate
      with correspondents and counterparts
    • Ensure
      that the investigation of any claim related to cash flows, either from clients
      or from counterparts, is solved within the desirable time frame, while assuring
      a quality support during the process
    • Follow
      the activity closely, i.e. monitoring volumes evolution, workloads, recurring
      issues and present solutions as well as ideas for improvement
    • Support
      management in all operational activity and also on the transversal projects
      when required
    • Actively
      participate in all projects developed within the Department and BNP Paribas
      Portugal
    • Monitor,
      report and mitigate the operational risk for all cases that the team is
      involved
    • Provide
      suggestions to improve processes and procedures

Profile and
Skills to Success

    • Bachelor
      Degree in Economics / Finance / Accounting or related                   
    • Advanced
      level of English, both written and oral
    • Knowledge
      in MS Office Pack
    • Attention
      to detail / rigor
