- In a context of increasing cybersecurity threats,
human error remains the main cause of security breaches. Organizations must train all their staff
ensuring that collaborators are aware of the threats and master best practices
integrating them in their daily behavior. To ensure that all CIB staff receives
regular training, and maintains a high degree of awareness, we need to rely on
the expertise of the Security Awareness Officer - Working from Lisbon within cybersecurity & IT Risk
department you will be part of cybersecurity central team interacting
frequently with Communication and HR department - The CIB Security Awareness Officer is responsible to
ensure, through targeted communication, staff awareness regarding cybersecurity
threats and best practices - His/her role is to ensure that all staff understands
and complies with information security rules and best practices
Your Main
Activities Are
- Manually execute phishing tests covering all scenarios
and levels of difficulty with a monthly frequency - Analyse and report the outcome of phishing campaigns
proposing and implementing action plans to improve the results - Cooperate with communication dpt to publish targeted
communication on cybersecurity topics - Propose e-learnings adapted to specific segments of
the population - Onboard newjoiners (internal and external staff) with
a dedicated e-learning - Propose and implement key indicators to monitor
cybersecurity awareness level of maturity
Profile and
Skills to Success
- Academic background in Information Technology or
Computer Science - Previous solid experience in a similar role
- Transversal knowledge of information security topics
- Ability to adapt the communication style and contents
for different audiences - Ability to synthesize
- Presentation and reporting skills (MSOffice tools)
- Ability to work in collaborative mode
- Flexibility
- Ability to influence and promote engagement
- Resilience
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken
