About the job

  • You will be part of cybersecurity education and
    awareness program.
  • Your role is to ensure all collaborators and
    contractors understand and observe CIB cybersecurity rules and policies and
    follow cybersecurity best practices.
  • The key objective is to develop and deliver
    strategies, methodologies, communications campaigns and give cybersecurity
    training plans to develop and foster a culture of security across the Bank,
    empowering users to take appropriate action as security risks arise. In a word:
    reduce cybersecurity risks for CIB.
  • You will collaborate with cybersecurity teams to
    understand and prioritize the major human risks threatening the BNP Paribas
    company. You will promote awareness towards end-users and you will communicate
    them the cybersecurity best practices. After having identified the main risky
    behaviors, it will be essential to educate the collaborators to leave these
    behaviors behind and adopt better practices. This task frequently requires a
    collaboration with Communication or Human Resources departments. A Security
    Awareness Senior Officer must then be talented for the communication and
    teamwork.

Your Main
Activities Are

  • Develop a positive and comprehensive security
    awareness and training program (approach, goals and objectives) that engages
    people and encourages the changes of behavior. 
  • Identify if any roles require additional or more
    specialized training and ensure those roles receive it by creating, reviewing,
    and updating dedicated awareness and trainings for various CIB populations with
    the help of SME (Subject Matter Experts). 
  • Ensure that the program is effectively changing these
    behaviors and drive the program towards requested maturity (repeatable,
    efficient, and lean processes). 
  • Create and maintain the metrics framework that can
    effectively measure and communicate transparently on the impact of our program. 
  • Assign new joiners (internal and external) on
    dedicated awareness. 
  • Ensure follow-up for awareness completion, in
    particular the mandatory ones, and send reminders to end-users and their
    managers/supervisors. 
  • Work closely with Communication team to publish
    dedicated communications via emails or through the Intranet. 
  • Maintain follow-up dashboard for awareness completion
    of CIB users and report on Cyberculture topic to the Management during
    committees. 
  • Maintain SharePoint and Echonet websites dedicated to
    cyberculture.  
  • Review and update the CIB awareness procedures and
    best practices. 
  • Work with local CISO’s in Europe or in regions to
    identify top human risks for our organization and the behaviors we need to
    change to manage those risks. 
  • Ensure that our program is in line with the most
    relevant industry regulations, standards, and compliance requirements. 

Profile and
Skills to Success

  • Academic background in Information Technology or
    Cybersecurity
  • Up to 3 years of professional experience in
    Cybersecurity awareness
  • Knowledge of Digital Culture and Data Security
  • Capacity to conduct meetings, seminar or training
    sessions
  • Capacity to understand, explain and conduct changes
  • Present an analytical mindset    
  • Adaptation capacity                                        
  • Ability to deliver/Results driven                                
  • Attention to detail/rigor
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken
