About the Job
- Integrating our Client Management Due Diligence Area, the Standard Settlement Instructions (SSI) Officer performs Client static data administration, Client Account administration and Client Static data integration.
Your Main Activities Are
- To manage and support Standard Settlement Instructions (SSI) setup requests sent by the several Back Offices within Global Market settlement systems by ensuring information provided are complete and in accordance with the client details
- To perform SSI setups in dedicated systems, in accordance with defined procedures and Compliance rules
- To reach out clients through telephone to directly confirm payment instructions
- To contribute to any project within the team
- To ensure smooth and proactive relationship with all stakeholders involved in the processes
Profile and Skills to Success
- Bachelor’s degree
- Previous Banking and/or Financial Operations experience
- Proficient with MS Excel
- Good English skills both oral and written
- Analytical skills
- Ability to develop and adapt a process
- Results drive and ability to work under pressure
- Available for a 12 months Fixed Term contract
- Work schedule 14h00 to 23h00 (to support US market)
