About the job
The mission of
the Business Application Management Team Leader is to support decision-making
and business processes by ensuring functional support to a portfolio of
Business Applications and by championing their continuous improvement and
constant alignment with Business needs.
Your Main
Activities Are
- Manage a team to achieve organizational goals,
ensuring staff motivation and development as well as adequate work distribution
and performance monitoring.
- Manage portfolio of Applications and ensure
communication with the main stakeholders.
- Promote user engagement with managed applications.
- Ensure good service levels in end-user functional
support (i.e. incidents and requests).
- Monitor production tasks (e.g. data quality controls
and reporting).
- Actively contribute to business data strategy
definition and implementation (e.g. act as SME in “data” projects).
- Ensure the smooth run of Local Applications.
