What is the role?
- Handle personnel administration process, including
employee database management - Advertise job openings on company’s careers page,
social media, job boards and internally - Partner with HR team to organize and run HR events,
including employee onboarding program - Work with training providers regarding the annual
Training plan implementation - Support internal policies and actions related to
compensation and benefits - Generate and maintain different HR reports and
statistics - Participate in local, regional or central projects
where HR contribution is required
What qualities do we look for?
- Independent and responsible quick learner, who is
always up for a challenge - Strong HR acumen with ability to thrive to deliver
measurable results and perform in fast-paced environment - Ability to effectively interact with all levels within
the organization - Excellent interpersonal, communication and team
working skills - Fluent English and Bulgarian – both spoken and written
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office (word, excel, power
point)
