Position
Purpose

HR Transformation Lead is a strategic role focused on
implementing an effective HR operating model that aligns with BNPP business
goals. It supports the HR function in setting up the brilliant operating model with
adoption of world-class system & process, and operating excellence
practices. This role requires a leader with a proven track record in
transforming HR functions to drive efficiency, effectiveness, and employee
engagement. The role will lead project management efforts related to HR process
improvements, change initiatives, operational excellence and technology
implementations.

Key
Responsibilities

·       
Work closely with APAC
HR COO to implement a best-in-class operating model for the HR function in
accordance with design principles and to reach key milestones.

·       
Develop and
implement processes, policies, and procedures that enhance efficiency,
effectiveness, and employee experience.

·       
Define and govern
HRIS strategy with IT teams and global HR stakeholders.

·       
HR Process owner
for IT topics, suggests/validates the process improvements using technology,
gather HR demands on system automation and decide prioritization of IT topics.

·       
Develop and
implement project plans, including defining project scope, objectives, and
deliverables for various HR transformation projects.

·       
Champion continuous
improvement and change management efforts within HR, fostering a culture of
innovation and agility. Foster collaboration and communication across
departments.

·       
Provide HR
consultative guidance / advice to the management team on topics which include
implementation of digital tools, people insights dashboard, HR platforms
integration, HR service delivery and operational excellence related matters.

·       
Engage with key
stakeholders (HR business partners, executives, and employees) to gather
requirements, provide updates, and ensure successful project outcomes.

Requirements

·       
Overall 10+ year of
experience with 7+ years of HR transformation experience to include but not
limited to: Project management, HR activity analysis, change management, IT
system upgrade/migration.

·       
Good Business
Analyst skill with thorough knowledge of HR processes and tools

·       
Prior experience
and/or familiarity with agile strategies and some of the relevant HR Core
technologies would be of benefit.

·       
Experience in
migration of PeopleSoft to Workday/Oracle is preferred.

·       
Flexible and
capable to manage the end-to-end HR transformation workstreams in a complex
global/territory capacity.

·       
The capability of
facilitating meetings, capturing main actions, and owning process/project
documentation.
