RISK HUB
RISK is an integrated and independent control function of the BNP Paribas Group. RISK Iberian Hub Madrid is a transversal platform servicing the RISK Function by covering added-value activities around credit risk, market risk, operational risk and data protection. Offering a wide range of services to RISK teams, from consulting to cyber security going through data analysis, modelling or artificial intelligence.
 
ABOUT THE JOB
 
MISSION
 
As an HR Business Partner within the Global HR Business Partnering team, you oversee a dedicated organizational perimeter on which you are responsible for talent management, international mobility and People Review & Succession Plan monitoring:
• Talent Management: You manage this specific population, from identification to graduation, functional or geographical mobility, which is including career interviews, animation of events, liaising with managers and local HRBPs. This requires a strong coordination with both RISK HR team and local HRs worldwide.
• International Mobility: You manage expatriations and contribute to local-to-local mobilities coordinating with management and local HRs. You ensure these mobilities are carried out in compliance with RISK HR and Group procedures as well as regulations in force. • Succession Plan and People Review: In conjunction with managers, territories and entities, you are in charge of the completion of this process for your scope and contribute to the overall consolidation.
• Finally, you may be required to contribute to the preparation of the Compensation Committees, RISK HR committees as well as RISK Committees and be involved in HR projects.
 
 
RESPONSIBILITIES
 
You depend on RISK HR, composed of more than thirty employees, with a France and international dimension. You work more specifically with a small team of eight people. This position is based at the gates of Paris, at our Millennium offices in Aubervilliers. You have at your disposal a modern, collaborative working environment and the opportunity to telework.
This item can, of course, lead to changes in other Human Resources departments, whether as an HRBP, as a Compensation & Benefits manager, a project manager within RISK or within the Group.
 
 
 
REQUIREMENTS
 
  • Experience

You have at least 5 years of professional experience in Human Resources, preferably in Career Management or Talent Management. Y

Your level of English allows you to conduct interviews or discuss all HR topics in this language.

Your adaptation and communication skills allow you to adopt the right posture, no matter who you are talking to. Your analytical skills and your ability to conduct a negotiation are recognized.

You are able to establish and activate networks, and you are comfortable facilitating a meeting, seminar, committee, training…

You master the Pack-Office and a knowledge of HR tools (About Me, Be Welcome, My Career, My Data Up, My Development, Taleo, ,Starh7) is an undeniable asset
