ABOUT THE JOB
 
MISSION
 
As a project manager within the RISK HR Change and Transformation Team, you will be involved in a wide variety of projects from business transformation, employee engagement, change management and HR process management. This position will focus on employee engagement and change management projects, but with the possibility to work on business transformation topics and other HR initiatives, depending on business needs.
 
 
RESPONSIBILITIES
 
You will work with RISK employees globally, in strong collaboration with HR teams in different countries and entities and with the RISK HR team itself, based in Paris and Madrid. Typical projects within the team include:
• Development of HR projects and initiatives focused on new ways of working, cultural change, employee engagement, CSR and change management to support business transformation.
• Overseeing delivery of HR project activity associated with strategic and organizational transformations of the entities of the RISK function in their HR dimensions, for example most recently the development of our international hubs. As such, you will ensure:
• The scoping and design of HR projects and initiatives, ensuring alignment on the objectives, expected benefits and timelines.
• Development and follow up of robust project plans, with milestones and timelines identified and contributors clear on their roles and responsibilities. • Coordination of stakeholders and their deliverables, alongside your own deliverables
• Management of risks and issues within the projects, facilitating solutions and ensuring escalation where needed.
• Communication of projects within RISK HR and RISK as a whole, informally and in formal forums and channels
• Production of project deliverables e.g. documentation, data, reporting, design and facilitation of workshops and meetings
• Provision of HR support to the business in the deployment of their projects, from the contribution to the project framing, to the provision of HR inputs, or providing support and expertise on HR subjects throughout the projects 
 
 
REQUIREMENTS
 
 
  • Experience
 

You have at least 5 years of experience working in transversal project management, change management and / or within an internal or external consulting team.

  • Languages
       As meetings and documentation may be in French or English, the role requires fluency in both French and English

You demonstrate a clear interest in organizational development, engagement and cultural change, with some previous experience of working on such topics within projects.

You will have experience in working in an international environment, and possibly within a matrix type organization.

You have the ability to analyse information and present impactful conclusions or proposals. You are organized and able to influence others, to keep them on track and engaged in your projects.

You are someone who enjoys working at a strategic level, but equally able to work on the day to day deliverables and support your colleagues.
