ENTITY: Platform IT

The CIB IT Platform for EMEA is responsible to provide IT Services to our Clients ensuring a Digital Market evolution, in a secured and performant environment, and with a reliable quality. This function includes Global Markets Application Production, Local Territory IT Development, the Core Infrastructure environment including Datacentres, Application Production, Security, Architecture as well as elements of the Global Services organisation.

–          ITGP Digital Working

 ITGP Digital Working is responsible to provide IT Services to our clients ensuring a Digital Market evolution, in a secured and performant environment, and with a reliable quality. This function includes Infrastructures (Active Directory, Messaging, Instant Messaging, Desktop …) as well as elements of the Global Services organization.

ABOUT THE ROLE

–          MISSION:                                      

ITGP Digital Working is responsible for providing IT services to our clients by ensuring an evolution of the digital market, in a secure and efficient environment, and with reliable quality. This function encompasses infrastructures (Active Directory, email, instant messaging, desktop, etc.), as well as elements of the organization of global services.

Background and Summary of the Role

As a Delivery Control Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and timely delivery of IT services to our customers, in accordance with agreed Service Level Agreements.”                                         

–          RESPONSIBILITIES:                                    

o   As a Delivery Control Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and timely delivery of IT services to our customers, according to the agreed service level agreements.

o   You will monitor and coordinate the delivery activities of security Patch and Package for Entities.

o   You will communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, providing regular updates, escalations, and feedback on the delivery status and issues.

o   You will manage and resolve incidents and problems that affect the delivery performance, applying root cause analysis and preventive actions.

o   You will prepare and present accurate and comprehensive reports on the delivery performance, quality, and customer satisfaction.

o   You will identify and implement opportunities for improvement and innovation in the delivery processes and practices.”                                    

–          REQUIREMENTS:

o   Experience:                                  

§  Strong knowledge of IT service delivery methodologies, frameworks, and best practices, such as ITIL, Agile, or DevOps.

§  Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical audiences.

§  Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with the ability to handle complex and ambiguous situations

§  High attention to detail, quality, and accuracy.

§  Ability to work independently and collaboratively, under pressure and with tight deadlines.                       

o   Languages:                                   

§  High English spoken and written fluent (B2/C).

§  French spoken and written will be valued
