TRADE FINANCE SERVICE CENTER
The Trade Finance Service Centre (TFSC) is the Center of Excellence for Europe ensuring expertise, unbeatable Turn around Time (TAT) and state-of-the-art in processes and quality..
With direct contact with Bank´s Clients and in close collaboration with Global Trade Solutions Teams, TFSC offers Traditional Trade products (Domestic and international Guarantees; Documentary products: Import and Export) including Syndicated guarantees, Fronting and Green and sustainable linked guarantees for the main European countries.
Within an international environment you will join one of the teams of Trade Finance Service Center based in Madrid which intervene on different fields of expertise:
- Guarantees expertise:
- Processing of guarantees (domestic and international) issued on behalf of the Bank´s clients or other branches/subsidiaries/correspondents.
- Communicating with Clients, European Sites, Global Trade Service, Compliance & Legal Departments and other Banks.
- Documentary products expertise:
- In coordination with the Back-Office, ensure that letter of credit transactions are in conformity with client instructions, UCP Publication 600/ISP98, and the Bank’s credit/compliance procedures
- Provide assistance/support to clients and corporate groups on technical aspects and practices of standby LCs, commercial LCs and documentary collections
- Payments expertise:
- Managing the invoicing to clients and correspondent Banks, ensuring a high level of accuracy in terms of calculations of Guarantee fees and production of invoices.
- Monitoring and follow up of fees due, ensuring that any long overdue items are referred to line Managers and/or Business contacts as necessary.
- Accounting controls and reconciliation of accounts
