About the job
- The Smart Working team promotes a different way of working across the Infinity EMEA Finance & Strategy Platform. The team focuses on digitalization and continuous improvement as key elements to improve process quality and efficiency, while increasing customer satisfaction and motivation across the Infinity EMEA teams located in Madrid and Lisbon
Your Main Activities Are
- Continuous improvement program: CI project including Workshop’s preparation, documentation of the process maps and workshops and support on the action plan follow ups; Ambassador’s program wich includes organisation of the sessions and support on the creation of any communications; Training´s program wich requires training preparation of the materials and room, GDPR documentation and support on providing the trainings either with a Smart working project manager or an ambassador
- Monitoring of the customer experience of the Infinity Platform: support on the action plan follow up with the teams; participate to the meetings with detractors; prepare the meeting minutes and support on the presentation deck
Profile and Skills to Success
- Master’s Degree in Management and equivalents
- Fluency in English (oral and written)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Analytical skills
- Ability to prioritize, organizational capacities, rigor and deadlines respect
