IT HUB

The IT
Platform for EMEA is responsible to provide IT Services to our Clients ensuring
a Digital Market evolution, in a secured and performant environment, and with a
reliable quality. This function includes Global Markets Application Production,
Local Territory IT Development, the Core Infrastructure environment including
Datacentres, Application Production, Security, Architecture as well as elements
of the Global Services organisation.

 

 

ABOUT THE JOB

MISSION

The
primary objectives of this role are to contribute to the MITP governance
through the standardization of procedures, guidelines, and new reports,
reinforcing the  organizational
structure, improving internal communication, and doing that by providing
support all IT Production teams.  

 

In close
collaboration with the Head of Spain CTO Office, she/he will be responsible to
implement a modern and integrated governance of our daily operational
performance, looking for simplification, modernization, and with a strong risk
approach. She/he also ensures good alignment and transparency with all our
partners whether internally or externally.

 

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

Main
mission for the Governance & Transformation Manager is to provide support
to the Spain CTO Office to facilitate a proper framework regarding transversal
topics:

 

  • Provide support to the Spain
    CTO Office and all MITP Management to facilitate Global policies,
    procedures, and guidelines, including Strategic Plan, TOM, and objectives,
    are properly transmitted, managed, and applied at a territory level.

 

  • Coordinate with Territory teams
    (Spain HR, Legal, Procurement) territory requirements communications and
    support MITP Domain heads on those initiatives when necessary.

 

  • Collaborate with the central
    teams on any initiative to support and reinforce Madrid IT Platform
    alignment with Target Operating Model and the Group IT Production
    expectations.

 

  • Resource management processes
    & procedures. On/off-boarding, organizational structure
    standardization, skills assessments, new joiner’s sessions, trainings,
    WIIO presence, etc.

 

  • Creation and maintenance of an
    MITP SharePoint to published common procedures to be consumed by the MITP
    Platform.

 

  • Enhance & Promote
    communication across MITP domains and the communication between MITP and
    the Central Production functions.

 

  • Support to MITP Mgmt team,
    Spain CTO and CTO Office Domain Head & Chief of Staff on their
    priorities but also in organisational transformation projects, IG Missions
    (from the initial mission announcement to the completion of IG recos),
    etc.

 

 

PROFESSIONAL SKILLS, ABILITIES AND EXPERIENCE

  • Languages
    • High English spoken and written
      fluent (B2/C).
    • Spanish.

 

  • Technical
    skills
    • IT knowledge and ability to
      manage MS Office suite: Excel, Power BI, Forms and SharePoint.
    • ITIL Foundation certificate
      will be desirable.

 

  • Transversal

    • Good interpersonal and
      communication skills.

    • Ability to work autonomous,
