What is this position about?
• Managing assigned internal/external outsourcing projects end to end with related stakeholders; 
• Ensuring the Outsourcing Policy and Governance are properly followed while Local/Group requirements from a compliance, security, business continuity, finance and tax standpoint are addressed with appropriate documentation in place. 
What would be your typical day at BNPP Paribas look like? 
Primary Role Responsibilities
1. Outsourcing project management
  • Perform outsourcing or SLA (Service Level Agreement) structure assessment. 
  • Advice on outsourcing structure and corresponding SLA/invoicing arrangements. 
  • Facilitate Project Managers and relevant stakeholders to prepare and complete the set of standard outsourcing documents and 360 (outsourcing record system) registering in accordance to the Outsourcing Policy and Term of Reference (TOR).
  • Ensure outsourcing reviews are performed and completed in a timely manner with related ROMC (Regional Outsourcing Management Committee) / LOMC (Local Outsourcing Management Committee) stakeholders.   
  • Track, monitor and update / escalate (when needed) to relevant stakeholders on the progress of outsourcing case reviews. 
  • Manage (or support) the Regional Outsourcing dashboard including data collection, project chart generation and draft of dashboard completion.
2. Support of project planning, coordination and deployment
  • Support the Outsourcing Annual Review exercise
  • Support the Outsourcing governance Step 5 alignment check
  • Support and maintain SLA inventories in appropriate repository tool
  • Manage (or support) the project assigned by line manager including the planning, coordination and deployment from Outsourcing Governance perspective.
Other contributions
1. 360 ORM (Outsourcing Record System) management
  • Provide the guideline of 360 ORM registering related and deploy to Project Managers and LOMC. 
  • Manage/plan the 360 regular update in Run phase 
  • Manage the APAC or Territory COO certification exercise when applicable
  • Facilitate 360 registering/update case study and ensure the Group/CIB guideline is followed. 

2. Support the preparation of ROMC or Regional ICC on in/outsourcing activities involving APAC CIB entities
What is required for you to succeed?
Technical Competencies required 
• Project management experience is a must. 
• Knowledge of banking activities including business activities, client service and process is a plus;
• Excellent spoken and written English.
Behavioural Competencies required
• Well-structured and good organizational skills;
• Details oriented and analytical;
• Strong sense of responsibility;
• Good communication facilitator;
• Self-motivated person displaying high level of initiative.
Required education/certification/licenses
• Bachelor or Master Degree
• 8+ years of experience in outsourcing management or third party risk management or control function, preferably in financial institutions or consulting firms
• Risk Management / Internal Controls / TPRM related accreditation would be desirable
