Project Management Services

• As PMO within the COO Office Design team, you will support Infinity EMEA to meet with the organizational requirements and to optimize the infrastructure of services provided by CO3

• Guarantee that Infinity EMEA (iEMEA) platform complies with the necessary legal and/or group requirements to be able to provide with our services: Ensure that the Service Level Agreement framework is updated and aligned with the F&S Invoicing Methodology: Follow up the implementation of the required actions by APAC CoE; Fronting role for the services provided with Paris interlocutors; Monitoring of entities and services: S-ABC Q movements, EMEA Carto, Finance Taxonomy; GDPR SPOC
• Secure the calendar and the monitoring of transversal regular organizational affairs on a timely and efficient manner: Coordination Satisfaction surveys: NPS & e-NPS, Booklet, Business Management Committee, Infinity EMEA Digital Dashboard coordination, Support on the s-ABC annual review between others

• Bachelor’s Degree in Law or similar
• Up to three years of professional experience in Financial Analysis and Advisory, Marketing and Communications or Administrative Support
• Proficiency in MS Office Pack Microsoft (Excel and PowerPoint)
• Fluency in English (oral and written)
• Ability to understand, explain and support change
• Ability to manage a meeting, seminar, committee or training
• Analytical Ability
• Ability to develop and leverage networks
