- STFS – Stress Testing and Financial Simulations – has for objective to coordinate the strengthening of BNP Paribas’ Stress-Testing and planning capabilities so as to better serve Business Lines, and Group needs and meet supervisory requirement on these matters
- STFS is also very committed to the Group’s Environmental & climate risk management, being contributors for quantifying these risks in short, medium and long term
Your Main Activities Are
Within a dynamic team, in a constantly evolving environment, you will be in charge of managing key projects for the organization. These projects will always have a strong functional component. They will be conducted in an agile spirit with STFS experts. Thus, you will:
- Lead strategic projects, governance and regularly monitor progress of deliverables, coordination, planning, budget, risks, relationship with sponsors, alerts
- Contribute to the 2025 plans of RISK and Finance & Strategy
- Contribute to the preparation of program governance forums
- Support and coordinate teams of experts in the preparation of strategic exercises, and internal audit missions or external that require transformation needs
- Contribute to ad-hoc transversal project and initiatives
- Perform analysis and controls
Profile and Skills to Success
- Masters Degree in Project Management and/or Credit Risk
- At least 2 years of relevant experience
- Advanced level of English, both written and oral
- Knowledge in
- Application Portfolio Management
- MS Office Pack
- Organisational skills
- Ability to collaborate / teamwork
- Ability to manage a project
- Ability to understand, explain and support change
