About the job

  • STFS – Stress Testing and Financial Simulations – has for objective to coordinate the strengthening of BNP Paribas’ Stress-Testing and planning capabilities so as to better serve Business Lines, and Group needs and meet supervisory requirement on these matters
  • STFS is also very committed to the Group’s Environmental & climate risk management, being contributors for quantifying these risks in short, medium and long term

Your Main Activities Are

Within a dynamic team, in a constantly evolving environment, you will be in charge of managing key projects for the organization. These projects will always have a strong functional component. They will be conducted in an agile spirit with STFS experts. Thus, you will:

  • Lead strategic projects, governance and regularly monitor progress of deliverables, coordination, planning, budget, risks, relationship with sponsors, alerts
  • Contribute to the 2025 plans of RISK and Finance & Strategy
  • Contribute to the preparation of program governance forums
  • Support and coordinate teams of experts in the preparation of strategic exercises, and internal audit missions or external that require transformation needs
  • Contribute to ad-hoc transversal project and initiatives
  • Perform analysis and controls

Profile and Skills to Success

  • Masters Degree in Project Management and/or Credit Risk    
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience  
  • Advanced level of English, both written and oral
  • Knowledge in
    • Application Portfolio Management
    • MS Office Pack
  • Organisational skills
  • Ability to collaborate / teamwork
  • Ability to manage a project
  • Ability to understand, explain and support change
