About Business line/Function:

Reconciliation IT offers a framework enabling technical and functional standardization of reconciliations in order to maintain productivity and quality to the users. Reconciliation IT works for CIB & 2S métier for various department across globe to serve the reconciliation needs for both control and financial reconciliations. IT systems are integral to the business and are a key part of the value proposition to clients. These IT systems range from industry standard products for standard process automation to internally developed, often, market leading IT applications. The IT teams owning these IT systems are made up of functions that include Technical and Application production support, Business Analysis & Project Management, Development & Maintenance and Quality Control. BNP Paribas India Solutions is an equal partner in these IT functions along with colleagues in other locations including Paris. This partnership ranges from sharing the IT workload, executing global strategy to owning global applications offshore. Position Purpose

Client Delivery Manager within Reconciliation IT plays the role of expert (IT & functional) to take charge of managing end to end value change, organization efficiency to lead our main teams and systems, managing the Group reconciliations at international level.

Will actively participate to the consolidation of our current systems and structure base while being a source of propositions to lead the area. The position has a strong focus on stability, flexibility, and expertise to always guarantee the proper Clients’ expectations. Working in an international Clients base environment but also as part of an Onshore/Offshore organization, the capacity to interact in a respectful and easy way with both his/her Clients, Management, and team to find compromises while guaranteeing the proper organization and seamless relations is a must.

The key interactions are with the Project Sponsor, operations team, delivery teams. Working in a very quality oriented environment, the position requires Agile knowledge as well as Costs and Clients’ benefits concepts.

This position requires strong leadership, communication, and adaptability to navigate the complexities of working in a globally distributed environment.

Responsibilities

Direct Responsibilities

·   Takes the responsibility of the systems and domains he/she is in charge of,

·   The capacity to lead multi-skilled team members and stay focused on target is a necessary skill.

·   Is involved to frame the project upfront, define the most adequate governance to lead the project to success.

·   When relevant, consolidate the design solution to deliver with architects, with proper sign off from clients and relevant contributors.

·   Ensure effective communication, continuous alignment of all the contributors and timely running of governance routines.

·   Be a single point of contact for the clients and manage the demand reception and comprehension/ challenging along with BOW

·   Own and maintain the backlog and roadmaps for all products in the portfolio.

·   Own, design, champion, and drive alignment on the to-be vision for the portfolio.

·   Work with the delivery leads for estimation and for prioritization along with clients based on capacity.

·   Secure the staffing with the support of the of line managers and/or relevant governance body in charge of allocating resources.

·   Ensures a respectful and efficient ambiance in his/her team,

·   Has good relationships with Senior Management as he/she will have frequent Management meetings,

·   Able to manage day to day task and accountable and responsible for deliveries from offshore.

Contributing Responsibilities

·   Ensures seamless relations with his/her functional Management (Onshore & Offshore)

·   Gain an in-depth understanding of projects and analyse customer expectations.

·   Interact with functional and technical architects to design enterprise solutions.

·   Be able to provide Project progress KPI, allowing to demonstrate adherence (or not) to initial plan

·   Proactively propose and set-up mitigation plans.

·   Be capable of challenging a governance/organization in place if the audit of the project shows an opportunity to be more efficient.

Specific Qualifications (if required)

–          Exposure to Banking domain is a plus

–          Exposure to migrating legacy applications to latest tech stack

–          Good to have exposure to cloud platforms, and containerization technologies.

Specific Qualifications (if required)

–          At least 12 – 15 years of Hands-on work experience in an Enterprise environment, preferably working in multi-location IT teams,

–          A proven experience in multi-expertise team management in an international environment,

–          An experience in an Onshore/Offshore would be a key factor,

–          A very good English level is mandatory,

–          Qualification: B.E. (Comp.) / BSC IT / BCA
