Spain IT Production organization consists of CIB ITO & ITG IT Platforms and is responsible for providing IT Production services to our Clients in EMEA, ensuring a Digital Market evolution, in a secured and performant environment, and with a reliable quality. IT Production organisation includes Infrastructure services, Digital Working, Telecom& Datacentres, Production Security and Application Production domains and associated transversal services (CTO Office, Control Tower, PMO and IT Continuity). In Spain, IT Production relies on a Platform with over 400 experts that provide full-stack support services ensuring a secure, stable, standardized, and efficient production.
ABOUT THE JOB
MISSION
We are looking for a Remote Access in charge of Security Teams support to use Mobisubscribe, BNP internal tool to manage Remote access’ right.
RESPONSIBILITIES
The main activities and missions will be:
« Training and daily support to Security Teams to the application administration (security groups, resources, and user’s access request).
« Responses to JIRA or Service Now ticketing regarding standard request.
« Manage remote access application Mobisubscribe in association with developers.
« Study to integrate new needs or improvements
« Manage the application user’s role.
« Analysis /or correction of anomalies on request workflow.
« Manage the access right management to resources (VPN, FW).
« Analysis of issues, propose and suggest corrections or workaround for a remote access problem in association with the FW team.
« Communication about services event (Incident, Change).
« Guaranteeing the update of documentation (training documentation and user’s guides).
REQUIREMENTS
Experience:
• Proactive to help security teams.
• Knowledge in Communicating & implementing good security practices.
• Knowledge in Identity Access Management (IAM)
• Critical mind, good analytical and synthesis skills.
• Rigor, curiosity, autonomy, involvement, availability, and taste for teamwork.
• Ability to listen and communicate to convince, adapting to one’s interlocutors
• Ability to take a step back and formalize needs, write synthesis documents and report on work.
• Very good command of English (written/spoken).
• French speaking will be appreciated.
