*In order to promote good risk practices and encourage good conduct, Risk Culture disseminates information through its internal digital platforms, organises worldwide conferences and supports any teams across the BNP Paribas network in their risk-acculturation needs. Leveraging on the latest technology and the newest means of communications is at the heart of Risk Culture’s model in its objective to reach out to all staff within the Group. To produce content in various digitalised formats: animated videos, video montages, infographics…and to publish on Risk Culture’s dedicated platform, Risk Culture is looking for a communications intern in charge of content production. They will hold the dual role of ensuring that all content is published using varied formats with the most up to date techniques in a timely manner.

*The communications intern will be instrumental in the regular flow of engaging web-based communications performed by Risk Culture, helping them become the internal reference for information on all risks. This position requires relentless presence, enthusiasm and bold creativity.

Your Main Activities Are

* Based on scripts prepared by Risk Culture, suggest the appropriate medium to feature content in attractive formats, 

* Be constantly on the lookout for new techniques, new media which can advantageously be used to promote Risk Culture content, 

* Contribute to video or animation postproduction: cutting, subtitling etc.. 

* Ensure the production, publication, promotion of content on the platform, 

* Be force of proposal for new ways of publishing and promoting Risk Culture actions,

* Participate and contribute to Risk Culture editorial actions, by suggesting improvements, analysing audience feedback, proposing new content.

* Designing and supervising the issuance of a quarterly newsletter 

* And globally, contribute to the animation of the Risk Culture platform: prepare communications with readers (polls, newsletters …), participate to KPI analyses (traffic measurement).

Profile and Skills to Success

* Bachelor Degree in Communication / Marketing and/or International studies 

*Mastering production techniques with digitalized media, namely, Vyond

* Advanced level of English, both written and oral

* Ability to detail/rigor

* Organisational skills

* Ability to collaborate/Teamwork

*Agility

*Knowledg required:

– Familiar with collaborative tools 

– Familiar with the usage of social network and web-based networking

– Fluent in digital practices

– Familiar with content-rich platforms which can supply visuals/sounds/music free of charge

In this very transversal role, the web platform animation manager/communications intern will get acquainted with the bank’s organisation worldwide, the challenges it is willing to tackle and the areas of concern that emerge overtime

They will develop their personal network within the Group, reaching very different entities and interacting daily with staff located everywhere in the world.

The web platform animation manager/communications intern will develop their skills in influencing a wide audience (between +20K people to +200K people) via web or social network.
