Main Job
Purpose

The
department provides a full range of custody, banking and funds dealing services
to clients that have custody and cash accounts opened with BNP Paribas
Securities Services in the Channel Islands:

–  Day to day involvement of client
queries regarding corporate actions, income, tax, and controls.

–  To work in partnership with
Clients, 3rd parties and the wider BNP Paribas network to review
service and identify ways of enhancing service delivery and efficiency.

–  To ensure all client queries are
managed accordingly, taking appropriate action to ensure efficient resolution.

–  Ensure a high-quality service
that meets current Service Level Agreements.

–  Adherence to compliance, operational
and regulatory requirements.

–  Maintain effective communication
with both internal & external clients.

–  To identify opportunities to
increase efficiency and reduce costs.

–  Provide support and assistance on
ad-hoc projects to progress shared business goals.

–  Evaluate and analyse risk within
the area, minimising exposure to errors and losses.
