About Business line/Function:

CIB IT Production is Application & Production Support (APS) department, which is created within the IT Organization in BNPP ISPL.

 

CIB IT Production’s mandate is to manage daily APS requests with a proximity support for specific processes needing high expertise.

 

ITIP is one of core department function in CIB IT Production where it specializes in IT Infrastructure support for all end users in BNPP.

Position Purpose

  • Developer to work on ServiceNow Catalogs and develop workflows as requested by Service Catalog owner.
  • To interact with Stakeholder of multiple regions including India and adhere to process and SLA set by the organization.

Objective of ensuring optimum services across the organization.

·       Interact with stakeholders for ServiceNow Catalog lifecycle:

–          Provide logical solution to Service Owner

–          Logical thought process to understand the service usage from End user’s perspective

 

Provide technical guidance during workshops and assists in the creation and refinement of stories.

  • Creating Forms, workflows, UI Polices/Scripts/Actions, Business rules.
  • Experience in Script includes, Integrations (API s), Macro s, Events.
  • SLA, Schedule Jobs, Incident Module, AngularJS, Notifications, JavaScript
  • Understanding of ITIL Process & ITSM Module in ServiceNow
