Role:

Within CIB ITO, the Supply Chain Management teams process the SCM financing needs of our CIB Corporate Clients. The CIB ITO Supply Chain Management teams are located in Dublin for EMEA, in APAC and in AMERICAS. The CIB ITO SCM teams are also engaged in an ambitious worldwide industrialisation program that is globally managed from Dublin in the SCM Operations Industrialisation Team. The SCM Operations Industrialisation Team is therefore looking for its: Supply Chain Management – Industrialisation Program Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

As SCM Operations Industrialisation Program Manager, you will report to the Global Head of SCM Operations Industrialisation and be expected to:

Monitor the SCM Industrialisation program:

  • Understand the various axes & key deliverables within the program to effectively animate, monitor and report on its progress, attention points and risks.
  • Manage with a global angle the program portfolio, governance & executive level expectations and communications. Ensure program’s goals are delivered as planned.
  • Maintain organizational standards of satisfaction, quality, and performance by setting up best practices or project adjustments where needed.
  • Facilitate communication with cross-functional teams and foster strong relationships across regions and across Business, IT and Operations teams.
  • Demonstrate achievements and progress of the program by providing tangible results/KPIs, monitoring risks to delivery and resolving issues identified.
  • Develop and deliver progress reports, proposal and presentations
  • Proactively collect, analyze, and propose solutions for attention points and risks identified.
  • Facilitate risk mitigation and contribute to removing roadblocks to ensure critical projects are delivered on time, escalate accordingly.
  • If need be, arbitrating allocations between different proects of the program.

Lead or contribute to transformation projects (within the industrialisation program or not):

  • Project scoping, animation, monitoring and reporting (cost, time, quality, and risks)
  • Preparation of project follow up reporting to Local Senior Management or Head Office
  • Pain point collection, analysis and propose solutions, formalization of study results.
  • Business requirement collection, analysis, contribute to formalization.
  • Define or review processes impacted by the project, always with a “Risk” angle (operational, compliance, etc.)
  • Coordinate the various teams involved in the project, detect, and analyze the risk and define mitigation actions to complete the project, launch escalation if needed.
  • Design and deliver support documentation to facilitate project implementation such as process, guidelines, operational procedures, or user guide, as well as controls in coordination with internal Operational Control teams where relevant.
  • Handle the Change Management stream of your projects ensuring the impacted teams adopt the change.

You also contribute to:

  • Expertise sharing and knowledge improvement within the team.
  • The Supply Chain Knowledge Bank.
  • Business case formulation with specific emphasis on operational impacts.
  • The implementation of Global Guidelines, Procedures, Compliance Requirements and Control Plans in relation to Supply Chain activity within the Operational hubs.
  • The definition of standard processes and maintenance of generic procedures and control plans.
  • The proactive follow-up of audit recommendations and their implementation.
  • OPC (LoD1), Compliance & Risk ORM (LoD2) and IG (LoD3) related projects and information requests.
  • Strategic planning initiatives, assisting your manager to define objectives, prioritize projects, and allocate resources effectively.
  • Preparing regular reports and update for Senior managers and stakeholders.

Qualifications & Experience required for this role:

  • Proven experience as a Program Manager, or similar role, managing multiple key projects simultaneously.
  • At least 5 years of diverse roles and increasing leadership responsibilities across projects or programs.
  • Thorough understanding of project/program management techniques and best practices.
  • Good time management, facilitation and organizational skills in a multicultural environment.
  • Ability to collaborate.
  • Ability to deliver / Results driven.
  • Ability to understand, explain and support change.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Personal Impact/Ability to influence.
  • Analytical ability.

  • Knowledge of Supply Chain Financing Business, related banking systems and operational processes is a plus.
  • Workining knowledge in industrialisation / Digital Transformation and/or Change Management is preferable
  • High Proficiency in Excel & PowerPoint.
