We are currently looking for a:
Trainee – KYC DATA Officer (MF)
You must provide an internship agreement covering the entire period of the internship
Working environment & Role:
KYC Data Management is the dedicated part in the KYC office in charge of ambivalent tasks that can be mainly resumed in two principal points:
- Ensure the administrative management of the KYC files and the fulfill of the data in the dedicated tools
- Perform the analysis and validation of the signed contracts and clients’ authorized signatures
In order to support the KYC Data team to meet with the tasks time line and maintain the quality of the provided services we are currently looking for a motivated trainee to be part of this mission.

Your mission:
– To ensure the analysis and validation of clients’ authorized signatures
– To ensure the validation, processing and safekeeping of signed contracts, Operating Memorandum and Fees documents
– To feed, update KYC (Know Your Customer) & AML (Anti-Money Laundering) data, MiFID (Markets in Financial Instruments Directive) in local and central client databases
– To ensure the safekeeping and the completeness of the KYC & AML files
Your profile:
Education:
University degree or equivalent, in banking, business administration (in due course)
Behavioural Skills:
Client focused
Ability to work in team
Communication skills
Technical Skills:
At ease with Excel. Ideally, you feel at ease with data mining and analysis
Language Skills:
English B2 and French C1
Any other language (German, Luxembourgish, Spanish, etc…) would be an advantage
