  • Within CIB ITO Global Banking Operations, CIB
    Agency EMEA act as Facility Agent on syndicated loans set up by all
    Capital Markets business lines (Debt Market, Leveraged Debt Platform,
    Energy Resources & Infrastructures, Asset Finance, etc.). The role of
    the Agent is to coordinate all flows relating to a syndicated loan (financial
    and information), and to act as an interface between the borrowers and
    their lenders. The Agency Transfer Settlement Officer manages primary debt
    transfers (syndication) and secondary debt transfers (trading) on
    leveraged facilities closed by Paris Hub Credit Event Managers

Your Main Activities Are

  • Treating primary debt transfers (syndication) and
    secondary debt transfers (trading)

  • Primary transfers (under the supervision of
    Credit Events Managers): Implementation of primary operations in Clear Par
    in liaison with the Credit Events Manager and the syndication desk;
    Verification of the existence in the due diligence databases and
    onboarding if necessary; Control of the existence in the system and
    instructions for the creation of third parties if necessary; Organization
    of settlements; Communications with buyers, co-arrangers and agents as
    appropriate; Instructions to the back office for booking, follow-up of
    receipt of payments and outgoing payments if applicable; Maintaining Excel
    tracking files

  • Secondary transfers (under the supervision of
    Agency Relationship Managers): Receipt of deeds of transfer; Controls of
    deeds of transfer; Verification of the existence in the due diligence
    databases and onboarding if necessary; Control of the existence in the
    system and instructions for the creation of third parties if necessary;
    Organization of settlements; Communications with buyers and sellers;
    Instructions to the back office for recording and monitoring the receipt
    of payments

Profile and Skills to Success

  • Bachelor Degree in Economics, Finance or
    Accounting
  • Fluent (C1-C2) level of English
