About Businessline/Function :

COO Transformation Office is a function within Financial Shared Services which consists of Program/ Project Management. The department primarily works on Reengineering initiatives. Functionally, the team has a wide skill sets comprising of analytics, change mindset, project SDLC understanding and very strong stakeholder management.

Position Purpose

This position is for a role within the Project Management function.  The Individual will be responsible for cost/mandays management, client management, MIS reporting and supporting initiatives/projects at ISPL FSS.

 

The Individual should possess knowledge on project management, stakeholder management, MS Office Suite and good presentation skills.

Responsibilities

 

Direct Responsibilities

 

 

Ø  Project Management Support –

o   Support projects across North America, UK, EMEA and APAC

o   Prepare project documents across the lifecycle of the project. (Basic Knowledge) Ex – Project charter, BRD, FSD, Change requests etc. 

o   Identify risks, issues and dependencies and track them to closure (Basic Knowledge)

o   Ensure timely stakeholder communication

o   Analyze and Interpret Steer-co and Meeting Dashboards and Management Reports

o   Archive and maintain documents in SharePoint.

Ø  Project Budgeting and Planning –

o   Execute and Prepare project cost reports.

o   Analyze and interpret cost reports and provide commentaries.

o   Conduct Variance analysis and provide commentaries.

o   Manage and Review Invoices vs. Budget (Resources, Cost and Variances).

Ø  Resource Management –

o   Timesheet management

o   Prepare and distribute reports to different stakeholders (PPM, Business Owners, Project Managers, and Senior Management). Ex – Usage analysis of resources

o   Project status reports for the regions serviced

 

 

 

 

Technical & Behavioral Competencies

 

Technical –

1.      Project Management knowledge. Good to have PMP or Prince2 trained.

2.      Hands on experience on Project Management tools i.e. (MS Project, CA Clarity)

3.      Basic understanding of reporting in (Excel and advanced excel, Word and Power Point.
