About the job

  • Investment Banking Lisbon is currently looking for a Business Management Trainee to join the team
  • The successful candidate will play an important role in many aspects of the team’s daily management, working directly with the Head of Investment Banking Lisbon team and interacting with Investment Banking population and other functions of the Bank (HR, Finance, IT, Procurement, OPC)

Your Main Activities Are

  • Generally assisting the Head of Investment Banking Lisbon in daily management and team’s support activities
  • Onboarding of new team members (access requests; welcome pack; organize and assign trainings, among others)
  • IT tools/databases management 
  • Liaison with HR teams for recruitment and other related topics
  • Production of regular Key Performance Indicators
  • Presentation support documents
  • Communication materials to the team 
  • Finance and budget support
  • Support on daily requests from the team members
  • Supporting Head of IBL on specific requests from Functions (OPC; Audit; Compliance; BCP)

Profile and Skills to Success

  • Bachelor Degree in Economics, Management, Marketing or Engineering areas
  • Great English Communication Skills
  • Distinctive written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Excellent time management and organization skills
