The BNP Paribas CIB Tech Program Graduate Program! In a few words. Want to join an ambitious program in an innovative company?

 

The CIB IT TECH Graduate Program is designed as a real experience accelerator to boost your professional development.

You will join the IT team of one of BNP PARIBAS CIB’s six business lines on a permanent basis for a period of 18 months. You will be part of the 2024 GRADUATE CIB TECH promotion sponsored by a member of the Management Team of CIB IT (beginning of the September 2024 program).

The richness of the program is that it can evolve in different IT teams for 18 months, with the possibility of carrying out two or three missions throughout the program in France and possibly abroad depending on the opportunities open to you. You will receive a Mentor, a specific training program and personalised career support to enable you to start your professional life at BNP PARIBAS.

 

Missions, team and work environment, what’s the difference ?

 

We give you the opportunity to choose from 4 roles and 6 CIB IT universes!

 

The four roles are:

 

Business Analyst

A Business Analyst is a professional who analyses a company’s data and processes to identify problems and opportunities for improvement. Your role will be to understand the company’s needs, collect and analyze data, propose solutions to the problems identified and put in place action plans to improve the company’s performance.

 

Developer

 One developing country is involved in the transformation of information systems. Your role will be to develop and evolve IT applications in line with development and security standards and standards. You will interact with the internal clients of the IT teams and with all the players in the functional production chain, from the client to the technical production teams, and finally you will have the ability to understand the issues of time to market.

 

Cyber Security Engineer

 The Cyber Security Engineer contributes to the management of cyber security incidents. You will participate in various analyses and assessments on the topics of cyber security and operational resilience; cyber security and operational resilience reporting to CIB businesses and to the IT Security central teams of the BNP Paribas Group.

 

IT Production Engineer

IT Production Engineer helps to ensure the availability, integrity, resilience and quality of production platforms.
You will participate in the development of major projects and write guidance documents, you will contribute to the resolution of incidents and the action plans implemented to reduce their number, you will develop automation scripts according to requirements and good agile development practices, you will provide tools to users facilitating DevOps, toolchain monitoring and automation services.

You could join one of these businesses in the following 6 universes:

 

·         Global Market (GM) the specialist in capital market investment and financing offers institutional clients a wide range of hedging, financing and market intelligence products and services across all asset classes.

 

·         Global Banking (GB) supports its Corporate clients in their development by providing strategic advice and first-class access to banking transaction and financing services

 

·         IT Production ensures worldwide the management of the IT infrastructure in all its components (Servers, Network, Telecom, Databases, Workstation) and the application support for all the CIB business lines.

 

·         ALM Tresorery (ALM-T) manages the Bank’s liquidity, interest rate and foreign exchange risks on its balance sheet, including their implementation on the financial markets.

 

·         Securities & Services (2S) provides financing and advisory solutions for treasury and global markets.

 

·         The Governance and Control cross-functional teams process client data and transactions for regulatory controls in particular and for the prevention of fraud and IT risks and cyber-attacks.

 

CIB is a very international hub and our high level of requirement.

You will be in Montreuil easily accessible. (Line 1 M° Saint-Mandé or line 9 – M° Robespierre)

Your second and third missions will continue according to your abilities and motivations. You will put your skills at the service of other teams in different entities.

At the end of the 18 months, you will have the opportunity to take up a position in the Group in line with your tastes and aspirations. With your great experience, there will be many opportunities!

Are you our next CIB TECH Graduate F/M ?

 

The Graduate Program is intended for recent graduates (within the last 2 years) who have up to 24 months of work experience (non-internship, alternance, VIE).

 

Yes if you are a Bac+5 graduate of an engineering school or university equivalent with knowledge in developing and maintaining information and application systems.

 

Are you passionate about new technologies and keeping abreast of new trends? Can you adapt quickly in a demanding environment? Have you demonstrated your creativity, proactivity, initiative in problem solving and decision making? Aimed at results, are you constantly looking to improve your performance? Do you have strong analytical and collaborative skills? Are you a good team player? Last but not least, do you have a good level of English (equivalent to or higher than C1)? Don’t hesitate!

 

How to join the program ?

 

Send us your resume! After selecting your CV by our recruitment experts, you will receive an invitation to take online tests;  (We all like GPT, but here it will not be useful to you; the Managers interview will challenge you on your technical skills, so believe in yourself from the start!) then, if selected, you will take part in half a day of HR assessment. After a meeting with one or more managers, if the feeling is reciprocal, you’re Graduate!
