About the job

·         This role will support the Human Resources Business Partners on two programs: Experts For Tomorrow (EFT) and Diversity Equity and Inclusion (DE&I)

Your Main Activities Are

·         Leveraging on existing HR tools, define and produce dashboard with relevant metrics to monitor the population in scope with multiple lenses, including but not limited to turnover, mobility, compensation, recruitment and diversity.

·         Leverage on other HR teams including Benefits, talent acquisition, talent development, employee data management, compensation, mobility etc to suggest enhancements to the program that would help meet their objectives.

·         Provide the Regional & Central HR Business Partners, DE&I office and Expert Program Office with regular updates on overall program progress, point of attentions, proposed program enhancements

·         Specific Experts for Tomorrow:

o   Contribute to annual Experts selection process and reassessments, lead coordination across HR teams

o   Perform regular follow up with Experts to assess their involvement to the Expert program and occasionally assist with career management, compensation adjustment, etc.

o   Liaise with the HR development team, the Expert Program office and the Senior Leadership team of ITO to define and implement development programs (trainings and certifications) for the Expert population and beyond

Profile and Skills to Success

·         Bachelor degree in Human Resources or related fields

·         Up to 5 years of professional experience in Human Resources in Financial Services or a similar areas

.         Relevant experience in Reporting 

·         Fluency in English is required

·         Good comand of MS Office package, namely Excel, Word and Powerpoint
