The
Debt Markets EMEA team combines BNP Paribas’ expertise in the origination and
execution of Debt Capital Market (DCM), Loan Capital Market (LCM) as well as
Leveraged Finance (LFCM) transactions for corporates & financial sponsors
in Germany, Austria and Switzerland.
Tasks
& Responsibilities: What awaits you
- Supporting
DCM originators in the sourcing and execution of debt capital markets
transactions (incl. bonds, Schuldschein, US Private Placements, etc.) - Daily
tasks include the preparation of pitchbooks and market updates, coordination
with other teams (Coverage, LCM, M&A, ECM etc.) - Developing
creative and innovative solutions
Expertise
& Soft Skills: What you offer
- Excellent
academic performance (preferably in business administration, finance,
accounting and/or economics) - Agile,
detail-oriented, and enthusiastic student who can thrive under pressure and
work well within a team - Strong
quantitative and communication skills - Fully
proficient in MS Office, in particular MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
