CIB Consulting & Transformation is BNP Paribas CIB’s in-house consulting team. Created in 2009, the team offers to CIB senior managers a competitive alternative to external management consultancies. Our consultants come from diverse banking and consulting backgrounds, working to deliver best-in-class strategy and management consulting services across CIB businesses and functions globally.

With our strong internal platform and network of experts, we are empowered to accompany BNP Paribas CIB businesses in their transformation journeys.

Your profile

We are looking for both graduates from top business and engineering schools and professionals with prior experience in consulting, project management and/or banking. Our teams are passionate problem-solvers and thrive on high-stakes projects. We look for individuals able to manage multiple projects, and get to grips with complex topics quickly. Candidates should have strong analytical and interpersonal skills and enjoy working as a team.

For interns, the recruitment process will enter after the first round of interviews. For a full-time position, the recruitment process is adapted to the seniority of the profile. We also organise informal lunches or coffees with candidates during the first and second round of interviews. The last step of the recruitment process is an interview with the BNP Paribas Group HR team.
