A 12-month programme with two rotations:
- Discover your new role within your team for the first six months
- Learn from a different desk or business area related to your position, your skills and your interests for the following six months
- Continue to benefit from a dedicated career support in the following years

- A complete induction and training in Paris and London* (Sept 2023 and Jan 2024)

Our recruitment process
2. Online test
If you are selected, you will be asked to complete logical and technical tests.
3. Programme selection
If you pass the tests, you will be invited to select a programme of your choice.
4. HR assessment
Individual interview and group tests.
5. Business interviews
Including technical assessments and a business case.
