Our two-year graduate
programme is designed to provide you with first class training and immediate
responsibility, it gives you the support and development you need to start a
successful career in financial services.
For: Final
year students or recent graduates with a bachelor’s or master’s degree in any
disciplines from a recognized university
Duration: 24 months
Start date: January/ April 2025

Who
can apply?
To be considered for the placement, you will:
• Apply as a recent graduate, final year undergraduate, or master’s student in any discipline;
• Possess GPA of 3.3 out of 4.0 or above (or equivalent) in any discipline;
• Have to be fluent in spoken and written English (additional languages are an advantage); and
• Demonstrate methodical, logical, solution-driven thinking, with commercial awareness and a keen interest in latest finance topics as well as market trends.

What
you will do?
Global Banking Coverage: Client & Deal Management
Provide support to Team Lead / Relationship Managers with managing client relationships and support the team with business dashboards, help coordinate with internal teams for client onboarding, KYC, credit risk analysis, portfolio monitoring and deal execution.
Direct Responsibilities
- Responsible for managing client & deal lifecycle management including ideation, pitching, deal origination, internal business & credit approvals, portfolio monitoring, documentation, execution & booking of deals.
- Client marketing support includes detailed pitches, term-sheets, industry trends, client mining, opportunity identification and wallet sizing.
- Assist coverage bankers on:
– support on client/relationship management
– client onboarding including KYC
– compliance and coordinating between client and internal processes
– securing credit, risk and other approvals for deals and annual reviews
– execution of deals including negotiation on terms with client, documentation and coordinating internally for booking deals
– support client interactions and liaison with other product teams based on client requirements
– working on internal processes including client committee
– Portfolio monitoring for any early warning signal
– Budgeting exercise, internal reporting activities
– Make an assessment whether starting a new relationship or maintaining an existing relationship with a customer is appropriate
– Support in managing a portfolio of clients & identify opportunities to deepen the wallet share
Contributing Responsibilities
- Help analyze macro-trends, industry, competitive positioning of clients/prospects and peer comparison.
- Help with sectoral research for management presentation.
Technical competencies:
- Good with finance, numbers and quant skills.
- Understanding of financial markets, products and macroeconomics
