Position Purpose

APAC IT Production Transformation Manager will report directly to APAC CTO and she/he will be in charge of leading and driving strategic and key transformation initiatives of APAC IT Production.

 

Key Responsibilities

Direct Responsibilities

  • Steer the strategic transformation programs of APAC IT Production such as Move-to-Cloud, DevSecOps, Deployment of Global IT Production TOM…
  • Orchestrate the data-driven, digital and technological transformation transversally within APAC IT Production
  • Establish and supervise a department-wide IT remediation program to address the gaps identified in various audits and mitigate our operational risks
  • Lead the people initiatives of the department

Contributing Responsibilities

  • Facilitate Continuous Improvement and problem solving
  • Facilitate Change Management & Efficient Communication within the organization
  • Contribute to Staff development & Mindset management
  • Ensure efficiency and process streamlining
  • Contribute to automation and data analytics initiatives across the department

 

Requirements

  • Strong knowledge and experience in IT Production Governance and Processes
  • Knowledge on Cloud and DevSecOps
  • Communication to a variety of audience (from operational to C-level)
  • Program Management / Lean / Process efficiency / Continuous improvement
  • IT Transformation & Change Management
  • Regional exposure is preferred with experience working in different cultures in the Asia-Pacific region
  • Independent, self-motivated and innovative with good problem solving, interpersonal and communication skills, and can foster teamwork
