About the job

·         BP2S is a multi-asset servicing specialist committed to helping clients achieve their ambitions both in terms of investments and in cross-border distribution

·         AceTP is a BNP Paribas in-house application, which has a central positioning in the bank activity. It focuses on clearing, settlement and custody daily operations, as well as different types of projects, such as regulatory, markets transformation, clients’ needs, obsolescence management, etc

·         The application is deployed in several international locations: Frankfurt, Milan, Euronext, Madrid, Australia, Mumbai, Hong Kong, Singapore, Brazil, Colombia, China

·         In this transversal context, the Business Analyst will integrate the AceTP Functional Team, a cross-location team composed by 17 people in Paris, 5 people in Lisbon and 8 people in Chennai, working closely with an IT team of +150 people

·         The Business Analyst will report to the Head of AceTP IT Dev. – Functional Team in Lisbon, and work with several project managers cross-location


Your Main Activities Are

·         Detailed analysis of the AceTP Application and related business

·         Functional specification and test plan writing

·         Validation of change requests and development needs

·         Priority management in collaboration with users and development teams

·         Support to development and UAT teams

·         Participation in different types of meetings

·         Participation in different projects (simultaneously)

·         Project management tasks (business analysis related)

·         Project coordination (business analysis related)

·         Workshop organization

·         Training of newcomers and stakeholders when required


Profile and Skills to Success

·         Previous experience as business analyst and/or banking industry

·         Fluency in English, both written and spoken

·         Ability to understand business needs and convert them into IT requirements
