Position Purpose

Responsible for Planning, Co-ordinating, Executing and Overseeing projects for the CIO Office. Represent CIB IT in all ISPL initiatives during meetings, presentations and co-ordinate with different clusters to collect data with high quality and consolidate and present them in a timely manner.  

Responsibilities

 

Direct Responsibilities

 

  • Co-ordinate with various internal stakeholders for any reporting
  • Generate reports at various frequencies and circulate the same to internal stakeholders
  • Based on management need from time to time, collect data and perform meaningful analysis and share actionable insights
  • Be analytical and detail oriented with the ability to multi-task and problem solve across multiple projects.
  • Has the ability to deliver deliverables within timelines and maintain an open communication in case of challenges.
  • Coordination of regular committees and Forums, preparation of the support materials
  • Coordinate with different departments (e.g., Project Services, Performance Management, HR etc.) to gather and analyze the information

Contributing Responsibilities

 

  • Prepare executive presentations for Sr. Management
  • Provide project progress updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders

 

Technical & Behavioral Competencies

The ideal candidate will have proven and demonstrable experience of:

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university with a major in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
  • Knowledge of PowerBI / similar tool are good to have.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Computer literacy (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

  • Ability to manage change with ease.
  • Be an effective team player
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, learning and organizing skills matched with the ability to manage stress, time and people effectively.
  • Fluency in communication. A good command on both verbal & written is essential for articulation.
