About the job
- The Business Management Officer supports in the management of a group of teams, in all topics requiring transversal coordination or consolidation of information such as, for example, HR, Facilities, Finance or community management. They provide support to management processes of setting goals, planning and/or controlling the organization and leading the execution of any type of activity, such as a project or a process, being accountable for a wide variety of tasks requiring transversal coordination or consolidation and impacting the business. Topics may include analysis and elaboration of various reports and presentations used by Top Management in decision making process and focusing on continous improvement
Your Main Activities Are
- Onboarding of new team members (access requests; welcome pack; organize and assign trainings, etc…)
- IT tools
- Internal databases management
- Liaison with HR teams for recruitment and other related topics
- Production of regular Key Performance Indicators (KPI) and other reporting data
- Production of presentation and communication materials
- Process optimization and support on continuous improvement projects
- Finance and budget support
- Act as first point of contact for daily requests from the team members (IT; accesses management; admin processes; Facilities)
- Team events organization
- Supporting Head of IB Lisbon on specific requests from Functions (OPC; Audit; Compliance; BCP; Facilities)
Profile and Skills to Success
- Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Management, Marketing or Engineering
- At least 1 year of experience in Finance, Investment Banking or Corporate Banking environments as a junior team member
- Fluency in English (oral and written)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint)
- Able to manage time and organization skills
- Process oriented
