What is this position about?

This role is responsible for the definition, co-ordination and execution of the organisation’s strategy, and selected client and other program initiatives in a manner that supports the on-going profitability targets of the business and ensures cost and budget measures are met.

Primary Role Responsibilities

This will role will manage and oversee the following areas;

BizCo

* Prepare BizCo Monthly Business Review Pack and Decisions &Actions
* Prepare Weekly BizCo Agenda and Decisions & Actions
* Update & Track Action Logs for BizCo meetings (Weekly & Monthly)

Governance

* Prepare Senior Management Quarterly Briefing Pack
* Prepare APAC Monthly Management Update
* Involvement in Strategy Planning Day & preparation / planning
* Backup for BAP Secretary
* Prepare Business Update for BPFSA, BNPP Noms & BNPP (NZ) Noms Board Meetings

Financial

* Monthly Financial Forecast Model. Includes:

* Current Year Forecast
* 3 Year Plan
* Client vision extract for Head of Sales & RM

* Expense Approver – Concur and PDAP ($500k limit). Includes odd ones such as Intercompany (up to AUD 5m / month)
* Tracking offsite client meetings during Churn to be charged to Management cost centre
* Budget Preparation:

* Revenue – liaise with Client Dev on location revenue figures for AU & NZ

* Travel cost tracker maintenance, Local approval (Daniel) & APAC approval coordination (for Global travel excl between AU / NZ)
* Efficiencies and Offshoring Monitoring TOM SPOC – Client Dev & Client Lines (non Client Delivery)

Other contributionsx

* Attendance at a number of senior executive meetings at a territory, regional and global level
* Support HR for changes to Ous and staff transfers with a 6 monthly validation of RefOG data for 2S
* Admin manager for a number of the Executive Assistants (HR Online, Concur, MyIAM)
* Local Admin manager for APAC Digital Lead
* Outsourcing & Procurement – SPOC for all overall business questions as required – provide support.
* Responsible for the Rainmaker Live login
* Responsible along with the L&D trainer for training components involving Risk ORM Reco
* MyIAM Approver for;

* POA_Authorisation
* Executive management
* Standard_Invoices

What is required for you to succeed?

* Must possess exceptional creativity and problem-solving skills.
* Must have a strong working knowledge of management strategies, financial accounting, human resource planning, customer relations, and implementation of new technologies.
* Must be comfortable communicating both verbally and in writing.
* Must be able to multitask with research projects, data analysis, coordination with the executive team, and acting as the public face of the company in the absence of the company’s CEO.
* Must be willing to challenge the standard thinking with new ideas, new approaches, and new solutions.
* Must have strong decision-making skills and the determination to see projects through to the end.
* Demonstrated skills in leadership, management, and collaboration.
* Must be self-directed and able to work independently.

Required education/certification/licenses;

* Bachelor’s degree in management, business administration, finance, or marketing required.
* Must have at least 10 years’ experience in strategic planning, business management, corporate leadership, and financial decision-making.
* Must have demonstrated proficiency in analytical research, leadership, and strategic planning.
